We give people a "pathway" to wholeness

While we are so grateful for the faithful support of the Tasmanian state government, and form part of their “housing connect” solution for Tasmania homeless youth, the work is far greater than we can carry on our own. We need your help.

The Need + The Opportunity

It is Pathway's goal to see more centres like the new Velocity Transformations centre established across Tasmania.

With the goal of:

  1. Increasing Pathways overall capacity to meet the need in Tasmania
  2. Incorporating facilities for young women in addition to the service already provided to young men.
  3. Making it possible for those using the service to remain within their local community which is a key tenant of the Transformations program strategy.

This allows participants to become healthy in the environment they will ultimately have to go back into. This approach significantly increases their chance of staying on track when they leave the program.

Here's how you can help:

  1. Support our two annual Fundraisers: Freedom Ride and Gala Dinner
  2. Volunteer! Volunteer to help our homeless youth and addicted young people. Ask us how. info@pathwaystas.org.au

We can be the difference between hopelessness, despair, addiction and hope

So far more than 120 men have been referred to our live-in Velocity Transformations alcohol and drug rehabilitation program since it kicked-off in Hobart back in 2016. It is your generosity that makes a difference in the lives of the men, and soon women, who use our services. Thank you so much, because without you, it would not have been possible.
